Job summary

Freshlybaked in Kluang is seeking four Store Managers to lead daily store operations, manage the retail team and drive sales while delivering a standout customer experience.

You will oversee opening/closing, scheduling, inventory, cash handling, KPIs, visual merchandising, and promotional activities. The role requires 2–5 years in retail, prior supervisory experience, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in retail, sales or customer service.
• Previous supervisory or store management experience.
• Experience managing employees, inventory, cash and work schedules.
• Background in footwear, fashion, apparel, sports or lifestyle retail is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using POS systems, inventory software and Microsoft Office.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to work rotational shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Immediate availability or a notice period of up to two months is preferred.
