Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to the retail team to drive performance, productivity, and a positive working environment.
• Drive sales performance by identifying business opportunities and ensuring achievement of sales and operational objectives.
• Support effective inventory control and loss prevention initiatives to maintain optimal stock accuracy and minimize shrinkage.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, operational standards, and compliance requirements to maintain consistent store operations.
• Oversee day-to-day inventory activities, including stock replenishment, inventory movement, and coordination of product availability.
• Promote a customer-focused and results-oriented culture by encouraging teamwork, accountability, and service excellence.
• Monitor operational standards through regular reviews to ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance with established guidelines.
• Collaborate with the management team to support business growth, operational effectiveness, financial performance, and cost control initiatives.

• Proven leadership abilities with the capability to lead, develop, and motivate high-performing teams, complemented by excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work flexible retail operating hours, including weekends and public holidays, in line with business requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and strong computer literacy, with the ability to effectively utilize internet-based tools and systems.
