About the role

SK Jewellery Sdn Bhd is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Shop Assistants to join our team across our prestigious locations in Kuala Lumpur, including TRX, Sunway Square, and IOI Puchong. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales within our jewellery retail environment. As a Retail Shop Assistant, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer interaction reflects the quality and elegance that SK Jewellery represents. Your contribution will directly impact customer satisfaction, brand reputation, and store performance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly, understanding their needs, and offering personalised product recommendations
• Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge regarding jewellery collections, materials, craftsmanship, and pricing
• Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems whilst maintaining high standards of professionalism
• Maintain store displays and merchandise presentation to ensure products are attractively showcased and easily accessible
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally, seeking resolutions that maintain customer satisfaction
• Participate in promotional activities and campaigns to increase sales and customer engagement
• Keep the store environment clean, organised, and welcoming at all times
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store targets and maintain a positive work atmosphere
• Follow company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines

What we're looking for

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers
• A genuine passion for jewellery, fashion, or retail with an appreciation for quality and design
• Previous retail or customer service experience, ideally within luxury goods or jewellery sectors
