Job summary

Foong Capital Trading Sdn Bhd in Penang is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Assistant to support the jewellery store at Megan Queensbay Mall. You will engage customers, answer questions, and help them choose products.

This role involves handling transactions, maintaining displays, assisting with stock, and supporting promotions, with opportunities for live selling sessions.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Experience in retail sales or jewellery industry is an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Honest, responsible, and customer-oriented.
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Assist customers in selecting jewellery and provide product information and recommendations
• Handle sales transactions (cash, card payments, and POS system)
• Maintain the cleanliness and proper display of jewellery products in the store
• Assist with stock arrangement, price tagging, and inventory checks
• Willing and required to conduct live selling / live streaming sessions
• Support store promotions and daily store operations
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor
