Job summary

Diamond & Platinum Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive retail professional to deliver excellent customer service, leveraging product knowledge to promote sales. You will meet targets while maintaining attractive showroom displays and handle transactions and records with accuracy.

Applicants with retail or hospitality experience and multilingual skills will be preferred. Flexible to work weekends and holidays in a dynamic shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM/Diploma or Degree in any related discipline.
• Preferably with retail sales, customer service or hospitality experience.
• Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Chinese; added advantage for diverse clientele.
• Good interpersonal skills and a pleasant personality.
• Sales-driven and result-oriented.

Requirements:
