Qualifications

• Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Basic computer proficiency and able to operate a retail POS system.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to customers using Crocs’ service standards.
• Support store operations, promotions, and events to help reach goals.
• Learn across departments including product knowledge, display, and stock handling.
• Assist with POS, stock replenishment, pricing, and loyalty programs.
• Lead by example with team collaboration to improve sales performance.
• Adhere to asset protection and inventory control procedures.
