Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to operate POS system (Word/Excel/Email).
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including nights, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to customers using Crocs' service standards.
• Educate customers about products, in-store promotions and events.
• Assist in multiple departments including product knowledge, display, and stock room management.
• Support daily store operations: POS, stock replenishment, pricing and promotions, loyalty programs, cleanliness.
