Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• SPM / O Level or above.
• 1–2 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
• Fluent in English; other languages advantageous.
• Flexible to work on rotational shifts, including nights, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
• Basic computer proficiency and able to operate POS system.
• Desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to consumers using our service model.
• Contribute to a positive team environment with ideas and concerns.
• Assist in departments within the store: consumer service, product knowledge and placement, visual presentation, and stock room management.
• Support daily retail operations: POS management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdowns, loyalty programs, and cleanliness.
• Lead by example and improve KPIs through sales-driven techniques.
• Adhere to asset protection policies including inventory controls.
