Job summary

Crocs, Inc. in Selangor is hiring a retail associate to deliver outstanding service to our consumers and support daily store operations.

You will engage customers, learn product knowledge, and help with visual presentation and stock room tasks while representing the Crocs brand. The role requires 18+, SPM/O-Level or higher, 1–2 years in retail, English fluency, and flexibility for rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Possess at least SPM / O Level or above.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
• Flexible to work on rotational shifts, including nights, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
• Basic computer proficiency in Word, Excel and Email; able to operate retail POS system.
• Desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to our consumers using the Crocs service model.
• Proactively contribute to a positive team environment with suggestions and concerns.
• Learn and assist in store departments: consumer service, product knowledge, placement, visual presentation, and stock room management.
• Support daily retail operations such as POS management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdowns, loyalty promotions, and keeping areas clean.
• Lead by example and collaborate with Store Management to improve KPIs through sales-driven techniques.
• Adhere to Asset Protection policies, including shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures.
