Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2-3 years of retail experience with a preference for candidates with prior store leadership roles.
• Flexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proven track record inspiring teams while driving performance. Investing in customers and store results.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our service model.
• Assist with daily retail operations, including consumer service, POS transactions, stock room management and replenishment, pricing and promotions.
• Maintain store cleanliness, recovery standards, and loyalty program promotion.
• Oversee store-wide operations in partnership with Store Manager and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product collaborations and launches.
• Adhere to Crocs policies, including Asset Protection and inventory control.
• Model best practices and collaborate with Store Management to drive sales and KPI performance.
