Job summary

Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional in-store experiences and world-class service. You’ll educate customers about products, support promotions, and help the store team achieve goals while growing with a global brand.

You’ll contribute to a collaborative environment, participate in POS operations, stock management, and visual presentation, and adapt to a fast-paced retail setting with evolving schedules.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
• Able to work on rotating shifts including nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to operate a retail POS system.
• Desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to consumers using our C.H.A.R.M. service model.
• Contribute to an enjoyable team environment with shared suggestions and concerns.
• Learn and assist in departments: consumer service, product knowledge, display and stock room.
• Support daily retail operations: POS management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdowns, loyalty programs, cleanliness.
• Lead by example to improve personal KPIs through sales-driven techniques.
• Adhere to asset protection, inventory control and compliance procedures.
