Job summary

Crocs stores are looking for energetic associates to deliver outstanding customer service and support in fast-paced environments. You will participate in various store functions, such as product knowledge, visual presentation, stock handling and POS operations, while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer care.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in retail, strong English skills, and a readiness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older.
At least SPM/O Level or above.
1–2 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
Fluent in English; other languages are an advantage.
Able to work on a rotational shift basis, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
Basic computer proficiency and able to operate the POS system.

Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding service to customers using the store service model.
Contribute to an enjoyable team environment with ideas and concerns.
Learn and assist in departments like consumer service, product knowledge, visual presentation and stock room management.
Support daily retail operations including POS management, stock replenishment, pricing and promotions.
Lead by example and work with Store Management to improve KPIs with sales-driven techniques.
Adhere to Asset Protection policies and inventory/control procedures.
