Job summary

Crocs in Petaling Jaya is seeking a customer-focused retail associate to join our store team. You will deliver outstanding service to shoppers, assist in product knowledge, POS operations, stock replenishment, pricing and promotions, and help maintain a clean, organized sales floor.

Requirements include 18+ years old, SPM / O Level or higher, 1–2 years retail experience, fluent English, and willingness to work a rotating schedule including nights and weekends. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Minimum 1–2 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to consumers using Crocs service model.
• Assist in various departments including consumer service, product knowledge and placement, visual presentation, and stock room management.
• Support daily retail operations: POS, stock replenishment, pricing, promotions, loyalty programs, and cleanliness.
