Job summary

The role requires 18+, at least SPM/O Level, 1–2 years in retail, fluent English, and flexible rotational shifts including weekends and holidays. Basic computer skills and a customer‑focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have at least SPM/O Level or above.
• Minimum 1–2 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
• Flexible to work on rotational shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to operate POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to our consumers using our service model.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and share ideas.
• Learn and assist in various store departments including product knowledge and stock handling.
• Support daily retail operations: POS, stock replenishment, pricing and promotions.
• Lead by example and support store management to improve KPIs.
• Adhere to asset protection, inventory control, and compliance procedures.
