Job summary

CG Computers Sdn Bhd is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales. You will greet customers, assess needs, recommend products, explain features and promotions, and help with after-sales services.

You will handle POS transactions, assist in stock handling, ensure store standards, and contribute to achieving sales targets while maintaining a welcoming shop environment.

Qualifications

• SPM and above.
• Fresh graduates and candidates without experience are welcome to apply.
• Prior experience in retail, sales, or customer service is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally upon entering the store.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
• Explain product features, pricing, promotions, and after-sales services clearly.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales value.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback courteously and effectively.
• Provide accurate information to build customer trust and long-term relationships.
• Operate POS systems for billing, payments, and returns.
• Assist in stock receiving, replenishment, and inventory management.
• Ensure merchandise is displayed according to visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, tidiness, and safety at all times.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs.
• Participate in sales campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
• Track daily sales performance and report issues to the Supervisor or Store Manager.
• Support team efforts to meet overall outlet performance goals.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and code of conduct.
• Comply with retail operational guidelines, pricing policies, and SOPs.
