Job summary

CG Computers Sdn Bhd is seeking a Retail Sales Associate in Sibu, Malaysia to deliver excellent customer service, drive sales, and maintain an organized store. You will greet customers, understand needs, recommend products, explain features and promotions, and process transactions at the POS.

The role requires good English and Bahasa Malaysia, basic numeracy, and a presentable, customer‑focused attitude. Shift work including weekends and holidays is expected in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• SPM and above; fresh graduates welcome.
• Prior experience in retail, sales or customer service is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally.
• Understand customer needs and recommend products.
• Explain features, pricing and promotions clearly.
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximize sales.
• Handle inquiries, complaints and feedback courteously.
• Operate POS, manage payments and returns.
• Assist in stock receiving and merchandising.
• Maintain clean, safe store environment.
