Job summary

CG Computers Sdn Bhd in Kedah is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to deliver excellent customer service, drive sales, and keep the store inviting and organized. You will greet customers, understand their needs, propose suitable products, explain features and promotions, and process transactions accurately.

You'll also assist with stock, merchandising, and maintaining a safe, clean environment while contributing to achieving sales targets and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• SPM or higher qualification is required.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic English and Bahasa Malaysia required; Mandarin is a plus.
• Experience in retail or customer service is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally.
• Understand customer needs and recommend products.
