Job summary

CG Computers Sdn Bhd in Kuching, Sarawak, is hiring Retail Sales Associates to deliver excellent customer service, drive sales, and maintain an engaging store environment. You will greet customers, assess needs, recommend products, and handle transactions at the POS.

Fresh graduates are welcome; prior retail or customer service experience is a plus. Candidates should be fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays, and presentable with good numeracy.

Qualifications

• SPM or higher qualification is required.
• Fresh graduates welcome; prior retail experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
• Explain product features, pricing, promotions, and after-sales services clearly.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales value.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback courteously and effectively.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems for billing, payments, and returns.
• Assist in stock receiving, replenishment, and inventory management.
• Maintain store displays and ensure tidiness and safety.
