Job summary

Crocs, Inc. is hiring a Retail Associate in Johor Bahru. You will deliver outstanding service to customers using our CHARM service model and help create an enjoyable team environment.

You’ll learn across departments from consumer service to product knowledge, POS operations, stock replenishment, pricing, and loyalty program promotions, while upholding cleanliness and recovery standards in a fast-paced store.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• SPM/O Level or equivalent qualification.
• 1–2 years of retail experience preferred.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
• Flexible to work a rotational shift, including nights and holidays.
• Basic computer skills and ability to operate POS systems.
• Desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to consumers using the CHARM model.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.
• Learn and assist in various store departments (service, product knowledge, placement, visuals, stock).
• Support daily operations: POS, stock replenishment, pricing, markdowns, loyalty programs, cleanliness.
• Lead by example; improve KPIs with sales-driven techniques.
• Adhere to asset protection, inventory control and compliance procedures.
