Job summary

Speed Auto Parts & Accessories Sdn Bhd – Puchong New Village is seeking a customer-focused Sales Assistant to greet walk-in customers, answer inquiries about automotive parts, and help with product selection.

You will support the sales team with administrative tasks, maintain an attractive showroom, process orders at the POS, and assist with basic marketing materials under guidance from the marketing team. Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience for walk-in and phone inquiries.
• Assist sales team with administrative tasks and reports.
• Maintain an organized showroom with correct pricing.
• Basic photo and video editing for marketing materials under guidance.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers and direct to sales staff.
• Maintain clean, well-displayed showroom and accessible inventory.
• Prepare quotations, process sales orders, manage customer databases.
• Handle inquiries via phone and email and escalate complex issues.
• Support social media content creation with basic editing.
• Manage inventory records and report discrepancies to sales manager.
• Process payments and cash handling accurately.
