Job summary

Uniqlo Malaysia is seeking a friendly Retail Associate in Sabah to welcome customers, maintain store readiness, and assist with product information and recommendations. You will work in a fast-paced team, greet shoppers, replenish stock, and learn about products through company training.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Good in English (communication, reading and writing).
• Flexible to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Pleasant, well-groomed, and enjoy interacting with people.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the store for customers' shopping experience.
• Perform some cleaning at merchandise fixtures, check stock and replenish as needed.
• Greet customers with a smile and offer baskets.
• Assist customers with product information and advise on wearing them.
• Be the product specialist for assigned items.
• Follow training plan and take initiative for self-learning on products and services.
• Check with supervisor when in doubt.
• Take ownership of products under your responsibility.
• Understand selling points and propose ideas to improve the customer purchase experience.
• Respect the working environment and your colleagues.
• Be polite, a team player and respect others' space.
