Responsibilities

• Prepare the store for customers' shopping experience.
• Perform simple cleaning at merchandise fixtures, check stock and replenish as needed.
• Greet customers with a smile and offer baskets.
• Assist customers with product selections and advise on wear.
• Be a product specialist and learn about features and benefits.
• Follow training plan and self-learn on products and services.
• Ask supervisors when in doubt and take ownership of products.
