Job summary

Uniqlo Malaysia is seeking store staff to deliver friendly customer service, maintain cleanliness, and support sales in a high-energy retail environment. You will greet shoppers, assist with product choices, and act as a product specialist while following training plans.

The role requires a Diploma or higher, strong English communication, and flexibility to work shifts including weekends and public holidays. You will join a team that values integrity, initiative, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Required education: Diploma/ Bachelor Degree and above.
• Good in English (communication, reading and writing).
• Flexible to work on shift basis, including Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
• Pleasant, well-groomed, and enjoy interacting with people.
• Customer oriented, team player, and possess initiative.
• Have strong integrity, discipline, and honesty at all times.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the store for customers' shopping experience.
• Perform light cleaning at merchandise fixtures, check stock and replenish as needed.
• Greet customers with a smile and offer a basket.
• Be of service by assisting product selection and advising on wear.
• Be our product specialist.
• Follow training plan and take initiative for self-learning on products and services.
• Check with superior when in doubt.
• Take ownership of products under your responsibility.
• Understand selling points and propose ideas to improve customer purchases.
• Respect the working environment and colleagues.
• Be polite, a team player and respect space of others.
• No gossip and small talks that may hurt feelings.
