Pasaraya Ms Hari Sdn Bhd in Chemor, Perak is seeking an Outlet Supervisor to lead daily store operations. You will supervise staff, oversee inventory, and ensure outstanding customer service while sustaining high store standards and strong sales performance.

The role requires 2–3 years in a supervisory capacity, effective communication, and the ability to adapt to flexible hours, including weekends. This is a full-time on-site position at our Chemor outlet.

About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Outlet Supervisor to join Pasaraya Ms Hari Sdn Bhd at our Chemor, Perak location. This is a full-time position that offers a wonderful opportunity to lead and manage daily operations at our retail outlet. As Outlet Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining store standards, and driving sales performance. You will be responsible for supervising staff, managing inventory, and creating a positive shopping environment that keeps customers returning to our store.

Key responsibilities

Supervise and manage a team of retail staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management

Ensure the store maintains high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and visual merchandising

Monitor daily sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets

Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally, resolving issues to maintain customer satisfaction

Manage stock levels, conduct regular inventory checks, and coordinate with management on reordering requirements

Operate point-of-sale systems and ensure accurate cash handling and reconciliation

Enforce company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations throughout the outlet

Support promotional activities and ensure effective implementation of marketing initiatives

Report on store performance metrics and communicate feedback to senior management

Train and mentor junior staff members to develop their retail skills and customer service abilities

What we're looking for

Proven experience working in a retail environment, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or leadership role

Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-centric approach

Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and retail management software

Sound knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and stock control procedures

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required

Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail for cash handling and sales reporting

Physical capability to stand for extended periods and move around the store throughout the day

A professional appearance and commitment to upholding brand standards

Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure during peak trading periods
