Qualifications

• At least SPM or its equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the entire operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts.
• Manage and train staff and provide feedback.
• Respond to customer complaints and maintain service standards.
• Ensure all employees adhere to uniform standards.
• Meet and greet customers and organise table reservations.
• Advise customers on menu and drink choices.
• Recruit, train and motivate staff.
• Organise and supervise shifts of kitchen, waiting and cleaning staff.
• Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health & safety.
• Check stock levels and order supplies.
