Qualifications

• Malaysian citizen eligible to work in Malaysia.
• Able to work on shifts including weekends and public holidays.
• Can commit for at least 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager/Executive in Charge with daily outlet operations.
• Handle day-to-day cash, daily reports, and promotions.
• Supervise staff attendance, briefing, and follow-up.
• Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with customers.
• Contribute to outlet sales and growth targets.
• Maintain accurate cash handling and records per procedures.
• Promote stocks and promotional mechanics to customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
• Assist in merchandising, displays, and maintaining store cleanliness.
