• Supervise staff (attendance, briefing, follow-up).
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and build rapport with customers.
• Contribute towards outlet sales achievement and growth.
• Maintain cash accurately and proper records of operation.
• Actively promote stock or promotions to customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
• Assist in outlet display, merchandising and cleanliness.
