Job summary

EssilorLuxottica in Malaysia is hiring an End User Support specialist to provide first and second level IT support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals across retail stores. You will diagnose hardware and software issues and support Microsoft 365 apps.

Required: Diploma or Bachelor's in IT and 2–5 years in IT support; knowledge of Windows environments and a fast-paced retail setting is a plus. This on-site role offers growth within a global leader in eyewear.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
2–5 years of IT Support, Service Desk, or Desktop Support experience.
Experience supporting Windows environments and Microsoft 365.
Experience supporting retail operations or multi-site environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide first and second-level IT support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals in retail stores.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, OS, and application issues.
Perform onboarding and offboarding activities for employees.
Support store openings, relocations and technology refresh activities.
