Job summary

A-Look Eyewear Sdn Bhd is seeking a Level 1/2 IT Support specialist in Malaysia to join its corporate and retail store teams. You will provide first and second-level IT support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers and peripherals, and support Windows/Microsoft 365 environments.

Responsibilities include onboarding/offboarding, POS systems troubleshooting, and coordinating with vendors to resolve incidents across multiple sites. Relevant ITIL knowledge is desirable.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS or related field.
• 2–5 years of IT Support, Service Desk or Desktop Support experience.
• Experience with Windows environments and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-level IT support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers and peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, OS and application issues.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and Office.
• Onboard and offboard employees and manage store IT needs.
• Support retail store POS systems, printers, scanners and network gear.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve incidents and service requests.
