EssilorLuxottica in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an IT End User Support specialist to deliver first and second-level assistance for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers and peripherals. You will diagnose hardware, software, OS, and applications issues and support Microsoft 365 apps such as Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and Office.
You’ll also handle onboarding/offboarding, configure devices, and provide remote and onsite retail store support, including POS systems.
