Job summary

EssilorLuxottica in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an IT End User Support specialist to deliver first and second-level assistance for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers and peripherals. You will diagnose hardware, software, OS, and applications issues and support Microsoft 365 apps such as Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and Office.

You’ll also handle onboarding/offboarding, configure devices, and provide remote and onsite retail store support, including POS systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-level IT support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and application issues.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Office applications.
• Perform onboarding and offboarding activities for employees.
• Retail Store IT Support: remote and onsite store support, troubleshoot POS systems and store networking equipment.
