Job summary

You will provide technical assistance across hardware, software, networks, and CCTV setups. The role covers installing and configuring POS devices, printers and other retail tech, coordinating with vendors, performing backups, updates and security patches, and training staff. A bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science is preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or related field preferred.
Experience in IT support, preferably in retail.
Ability to set up CCTV in retail outlets.
Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues.
Familiar with POS systems and retail tech solutions.
Strong communication and teamwork; customer-focused.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software and network issues.
Install, configure and maintain hardware and software including POS and printers.
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues.
Perform system maintenance: updates, backups and security patches.
Assist setup of new IT equipment for retail stores.
Document IT assets, configurations and support activities.
Train staff on IT systems and applications.
Setup and maintenance of CCTV in company and retail outlets.
