Bonia is seeking an IT Support & Infrastructure Specialist to manage store IT, POS systems, and HQ network across Kuala Lumpur and retail outlets.

You will oversee LAN/Wi-Fi, backups, security, and vendor coordination, ensuring data integrity and smooth operation during peak retail hours.

The role requires 2–4 years in retail IT support, hands-on POS experience, Windows Server/AD, and strong problem-solving skills.

Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on IT support experience, preferably in Retail or FMCG.
Strong experience with Retail POS hardware/software, inventory systems, and network troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365 administration, and networking protocols.

Oversee store IT infrastructure, POS systems, network connectivity, and daily user support for HQ and retail outlets.
Maintain, support, and troubleshoot retail POS systems, barcode scanners, receipt printers, and cash drawers.
Manage store and HQ IT infrastructure, including local network (LAN/Wi-Fi), firewalls, routers, and VPN connectivity.
Provide front-line technical support (hardware, software, network) to HQ staff and retail outlet personnel.
Oversee retail inventory management software/ERP systems and ensure smooth data synchronization between stores and HQ.
Manage data backups, system security, antivirus protection, and user access rights.
Coordinate with external IT vendors and system service providers for system upgrades, maintenance, and hardware procurement.
Perform regular preventative maintenance on IT equipment and maintain an up-to-date IT asset inventory.
