Job summary

DKSH Malaysia is seeking an Executive, Technical Support to maintain POS systems, store connectivity and data integration across our retail network in Petaling Jaya.

You will coordinate deployments, monitor networks, liaise with mall management, and work with the MYIT team on backend scripts to ensure smooth sales operations and accurate data. The role requires a Diploma in IT and at least two years in IT leadership with strong communication and detail orientation.

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years IT managerial experience.
• Foundational hardware and networking knowledge.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiar with office administration procedures.

Responsibilities

• Plan, configure, and deploy POS terminal sets to outlets.
• Monitor and troubleshoot outlet network connections.
• Coordinate data integration with mall servers.
• Work with MYIT to develop back-end data transfer scripts.
• Manage end-to-end POS operations and issue resolution.
• Review data synchronization and rectify discrepancies.
• Handle administrative tasks including asset tracking and billing.
