Job summary

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to office and retail outlets for hardware, software and network-related issues.

Install, configure and maintain hardware and software components, including point-of-sale (POS) systems, printers, scanners, and other retail technology.

Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical issues and elevate complex problems as needed.

Conduct routine maintenance tasks, such as system updates, backups and security patches.

Assist in the setup and configuration of new IT equipment and systems for retail stores.

Document and maintain accurate records of IT assets, configurations and support activities.

Provide training and guidance to office and retail staff on the use of IT systems and applications.

Setup and maintenance to CCTV installed in company and retail outlets

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field preferred.

Previous experience in IT support or a similar role, preferably in a retail environment.

Able to setup CCTV in retail outlets.

Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues.

Familiarity with POS systems and retail technology solutions.
