Job summary

DKSH is seeking an Executive, Technical Support in Petaling Jaya to maintain POS systems and ensure reliable IT infrastructure across retail outlets. You will support outlet connectivity and data integration to enhance sales operations.

You will deploy POS terminals, monitor networks, coordinate with mall management, and collaborate with the MYIT team to implement data transfers and maintain end-to-end POS operations with precision.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Information Technology or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of IT experience in a managerial capacity.
• Foundational knowledge of hardware components and networking principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical capabilities with high accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with office administration procedures.

Responsibilities

• Plan, configure, and coordinate deployment of POS terminals to outlets.
• Monitor and troubleshoot outlet network connections for uptime.
• Coordinate with mall management for data integration.
• Work with MYIT to develop back-end data transfer scripts.
• Manage end-to-end POS operations and issue resolution.
• Review data synchronization accuracy and rectify discrepancies.
• Perform administrative duties including asset tracking and billing.
