Lotuss Stores Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is hiring a dedicated Human Resource cum Admin professional for our Johor Bahru Store. The role blends HR duties with administrative tasks to support store operations and employee satisfaction.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HR/BA with proven HR and admin experience, preferably in retail. Knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HRIS systems is desirable.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HR/Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR and admin roles, preferably in retail or customer-facing environments.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment law and labour regulations.
• Proficiency in HR management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with staff at all levels.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data management.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR information professionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and onboarding processes for store staff, including job postings, interviews, and orientation programs.
• Administer payroll, attendance records and employee benefits.
• Provide HR support to store management on employee relations, performance management and disciplinary matters.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation in compliance with policies and Malaysian regulations.
• Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, filing and office management.
• Process leave applications, claims and other employee requests.
• Assist with workplace compliance, health and safety initiatives, and employee welfare programmes.
• Liaise between store staff, management and head office on HR-related matters.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain relevant databases.
