Job summary

Trendy Brand Hub Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive sales/business development professional to identify, source and secure strategic booth locations at shopping malls, venues and events across Malaysia. You will build relationships with mall management and venue operators, negotiate rental terms and coordinate booth setup to drive retail expansion and roadshow presence.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided.
• Experience in sales, business development, retail leasing, event management or venue sourcing is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Willing to travel to malls, venues and events as required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source potential booth locations at malls, shopping centres, events and roadshows.
• Negotiate booth rental rates, terms and promotional packages.
• Build and maintain relationships with mall management, leasing departments and event organizers.
• Coordinate booth setup, staffing and promotional activities.
• Monitor performance and market trends to expand retail presence.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
