Job summary

Trendy Brand Hub Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Event Manager to plan, coordinate and develop retail events, roadshows and promotional activities across Klang Valley. You will source venues, negotiate terms, manage budgets and work with sales and operations to ensure successful execution and measurable results.

This role offers exposure to major malls, strong career growth, and performance-based incentives. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with weekends or holidays work as needed for events.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities, interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and coordination skills for multiple events.
• Results-oriented with commercial awareness.
• Willing to travel across Klang Valley and work outside normal hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate company events, roadshows, retail activations and promotional campaigns
• Identify and source suitable shopping malls, event venues, booths and roadshow locations
• Develop and maintain relationships with mall management, event organisers, venue owners and business partners
• Negotiate event spaces, rental rates, packages and commercial terms
• Research new locations and identify opportunities to expand the company's retail presence
• Coordinate event schedules, booth arrangements, manpower and operational requirements
• Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure smooth event execution
• Monitor event performance, sales results and customer traffic
• Prepare event proposals, quotations, budgets and basic performance reports
• Coordinate booth setup, dismantling, logistics and event materials
• Ensure events are conducted according to company standards and requirements
• Follow up with potential partners and develop long-term business relationships
• Explore new event, roadshow and retail opportunities to support business growth
