Job summary

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or related field, with a proven sales track record and a network within Malaysia’s events or retail sectors.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business, marketing, event management, or related discipline.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Established network within Malaysia's events, exhibitions, retail, or commercial sectors.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel across Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities throughout Malaysia.
• Develop and implement sales strategies targeting exhibition organisers, corporate clients, retail brands, and tourism sectors.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and industry events.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to meet revenue targets.
• Prepare business proposals, quotations, presentations, and sales pitches.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and partners across malls, venues, and corporate organisations.
• Support recruitment, vendor onboarding, and local business development initiatives.
• Participate in strategic planning and contribute to long-term growth.
