Job summary

Anker Innovations is seeking a field sales/channel management professional in Malaysia to grow the non-specialty store retail channel through distributor networks. You will build relationships with local distributors, agents, and independent retailers to drive sell-in and sell-out while ensuring optimal product mix and inventory.

You will onboard new distribution partners, visit points of sale to audit brand execution, and coordinate promotional campaigns.

Qualifications

3+ years in sales, retail, or channel management (consumer electronics, FMCG, or retail distributior).
Understanding of Malaysia's distributor and agent retail ecosystem.
Hands-on execution capability—comfortable visiting stores and managing orders.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow Anker's non-specialty store retail channel through distributor and agent networks.
Build relationships with local distributors, sales agents, and independent retail partners.
Drive sell-in and sell-out through agent networks—ensuring right product mix and inventory.
Identify and onboard new distribution partners to expand market coverage.
Visit retail points regularly to audit brand execution and POSM deployment.
Execute promotional campaigns through distributor networks.
Monitor sell-through data and market intelligence.
Coordinate with specialty store team to prevent channel conflict.
