TDC Holdings Sdn Bhd is seeking a high-energy sales leader to expand our partner network and drive nationwide market growth in Malaysia. You will identify, onboard, and support independent sales leaders and regional stockists to accelerate distribution.

The role emphasizes field execution, extensive travel across Malaysia, and close collaboration with leadership to shape commission plans and product momentum for top performers.

Qualifications

• Must be able to identify and onboard independent sales leaders and regional stockists.
• Ability to shape and communicate expansion strategies and product momentum.
• Willingness to travel across Malaysia to close distribution partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Channel Partner Acquisition: Identify, approach, and onboard high-performing independent sales leaders, regional stockists, and distribution team builders across Malaysia.
• Market Expansion: Open and develop new strategic sales channels and geographical territories nationwide.
• On-the-Ground Execution: Travel extensively across Malaysia to conduct business presentations, build face-to-face relationships, and close high-level distribution partnerships.
• Strategy & Growth: Work closely with management to position our commission structures, incentive plans, and product lines to attract major sales groups.
• Leadership Support: Guide, motivate, and structure onboarding for newly established sales teams to ensure immediate momentum.
