Job summary

D Ron Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a driven Channel Manager/Channel Executive to develop channel partners and build long-term customer relationships in Malaysia. You will recruit, onboard and activate partners while collaborating with product and technical teams to deliver suitable solutions.

The role requires at least 2 years in sales or related fields, a relevant diploma or degree, and willingness to travel within Malaysia.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in sales, channel sales, business development, account management or related field.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with customers and partners.
• Own transport and valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard and activate new channel partners; maintain relationships with existing partners.
• Identify opportunities to introduce new products and solutions to customers and channel partners.
• Manage sales pipeline, funnel and forecasting to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Build and maintain a healthy project and opportunity pipeline with regular follow-up.
