TDC Holdings Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic sales-driven professional to expand our partner network across Malaysia and drive new market channels. The role emphasizes high-volume growth, strategic expansion, and travel to engage key distribution partners.

You will work with leadership to shape commission structures and incentives, while building momentum for new sales teams and channel strategies.

Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and onboard high-performing independent sales leaders, regional stockists, and distribution team builders across Malaysia.
• Open and develop new strategic sales channels and geographical territories nationwide.
• Travel extensively across Malaysia to present, build relationships, and close distribution partnerships.
• Position commission structures, incentive plans, and product lines to attract major sales groups.
• Guide and onboard newly established sales teams to maintain momentum.
