Job summary

Anaika Collections Sdn Bhd, a Valiram Group subsidiary, operates fashion brands in Malaysia, including Charles & Keith and Pedro. We are hiring a sales associate to represent our brands in-store, delivering a polished, customer-focused image and driving sales.

You will handle stock replenishment, price tagging, and daily stock counts, while meeting monthly targets. Ideal candidates possess strong selling passion, excellent English, and are comfortable with shift work, weekends, and public

Qualifications

• Passion for selling and customer service orientation.
• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Open to shift work, weekends and public holidays.
• Minimum education: SPM or higher (Diploma to Professional Degree).

Responsibilities

• To act as an ambassador for the Brand, maintaining a professional, customer‑focused image.
• Provide excellent customer service while helping achieve in-store sales targets.
• Perform stock replenishment and price tagging as required.
• Ensure monthly sales targets for the store are met.
• Conduct daily and monthly stock counts for all stores.

• To perform stock replenishment and price tagging whenever required.
• Ensure that monthly sales targets are achieved for the store.
• Conduct daily, monthly stock count for all stores.

Requirements

• Passion for selling.

• Must be comfortable to retail hours (shift work, weekends, and Public Holidays).
• Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
• Required language: English.
