Job summary

Anaika Collections is seeking motivated retail staff to join our expanding team in Malaysia. You will represent the brand to customers with a professional and customer-focused approach, aiming to achieve sales targets and maintain stock accuracy across stores.

Responsibilities include peak performance in customer service, stock replenishment, price tagging, and regular stock counts. Candidates should be comfortable with shift work, weekends, and public holidays and possess at least SPM or higher

Qualifications

• Passion for selling is essential.
• Customer service oriented and proactive in meeting customer needs.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays.
• Candidate should have at least SPM or equivalent qualifications and higher education.

Responsibilities

• Act as ambassador for the brand with professional, customer-focused image.
• Provide excellent customer service while achieving sales targets.
• Perform stock replenishment and price tagging as required.
• Ensure monthly sales targets for the store are achieved.
• Conduct daily and monthly stock counts for all stores.

Requirements
