Job summary

Anaika Collections Malaysia is seeking a customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to represent our brands in-store. You will provide excellent service, drive sales targets, and assist with stock replenishment, price tagging, and daily/ monthly stock counts across our stores in Malaysia and Singapore.

The role requires a passion for selling, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and willingness to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least SPM or higher education.
• Passion for selling and customer service oriented.
• Willingness to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for the represented Brand and portray at all times a professional and customer-oriented image
• Provide excellent customer service while achieving sales targets set
• Perform stock replenishment and price tagging whenever required
• Ensure that monthly sales targets are achieved for the store
• Conduct daily and monthly stock count for all stores
