Job summary

Anaika Collections Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of the Valiram Group, operates stores for famous and emerging brands across Malaysia and Singapore. We are expanding and seek motivated individuals to join our growing retail family as brand ambassadors.

As a frontline Sales Associate, you will deliver excellent customer service, help achieve sales targets, handle stock replenishment and price tagging, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with shift work, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Passion for selling.
• Customer service oriented.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays.
• Education level: SPM or higher, Diploma or degree accepted.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for the brand and maintain a professional, customer‑oriented image.
• Provide excellent customer service while achieving store sales targets.
• Perform stock replenishment and price tagging as required.
• Ensure monthly store sales targets are achieved.
• Conduct daily/ monthly stock counts for all stores.

• To provide excellent customer service while achieving sales target set.
• To perform stock replenishment and price tagging whenever required.
• Ensure that monthly sales targets are achieved for the store.
• Conduct daily, monthly stock count for all stores.

Requirements

• Must be comfortable to retail hours (shift work, weekends, and Public Holidays).
• Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
