Job summary

Anaika Collections Sdn Bhd, a Valiram Group subsidiary, operates fashion stores in Malaysia. We seek motivated individuals for full-time store roles, representing the brand with a professional, customer-focused attitude and driving sales in a fast-paced retail environment.

Candidates should have at least SPM or higher, be fluent in English, and be available for shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Passion for selling and delivering excellent customer service.
• Customer service oriented and professional demeanor.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays.
• Minimum qualification: SPM, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree (any field).
• Proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for the brand with a professional, customer‑oriented image.
• Provide excellent customer service while achieving sales targets.
• Perform stock replenishment and price tagging as required.
• Ensure monthly store sales targets are achieved.
• Conduct daily and monthly stock counts for all stores.

• To be an ambassador for the represented Brand and portray at all times a professional and customer-oriented image.
• To provide excellent customer service while achieving sales target set.
• To perform stock replenishment and price tagging whenever required.
• Ensure that monthly sales targets are achieved for the store.
• Conduct daily, monthly stock count for all stores.

Requirements
