Job summary

Anaika Collections Sdn Bhd, a Valiram Group subsidiary and a leading fashion retailer in Malaysia, invites applications for a Retail Sales Associate. You will be the brand ambassador, delivering friendly, professional service and helping customers find the right products.

You will handle stock replenishment, price tagging, and contribute to achieving store sales targets while working in shifts including weekends and public holidays.

• Be an ambassador for the represented Brand with a professional, customer-oriented image.

• Perform stock replenishment and price tagging as needed.
• Ensure monthly store sales targets are achieved.
• Conduct daily and monthly stock counts for all stores.

Responsibilities

To be an ambassador for the represented Brand and portray at all times a professional and customer-oriented image.

To provide excellent customer service while achieving sales target set.

To perform stock replenishment and price tagging whenever required.

Ensure that monthly sales targets are achieved for the store.

Conduct daily, monthly stock count for all stores.

Requirements

Passion for selling.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Must be comfortable to retail hours (shift work, weekends, and Public Holidays).

Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.

Required language: English.
